Pete Rodda Bass, Lead Vocals and Band Leader   -   Pete?s musical roots go way back to the late 1960?s when he joined his first R&B band as a trumpet player while only in junior high. He later joined the Soul Proprietors & switched to bass after their regular bassist had to leave due to illness. The Soul Proprietors went on to win the National Battle of the Bands in 1972 and recorded with Columbia Records in 1975. In 1976 Pete joined Misty Harbor, playing bass & eventually becoming the band?s lead vocalist.

Upon the birth of his first child in 1980, Pete decided to back away from performing on a regular basis and concentrate on his family. He kept his chops by sitting in with other acts, doing some session work and working with local church and school music programs. In 1998 he returned to the stage on a regular basis with the Fabulous Wingtips. Seeking a return to his musical heritage, he and some friends formed the all-new Double Take Band in 2004.
